Joseph [Sep. 14th, 2006|08:04 pm] I would like to dedicate this entry to my good friend Joey. Joey, when I first met you at AllRPG, you were immediately one of my favorite people. From the moment I read your first post, I realized you were among the few intelligent people that visit message boards in general. After AllRPG, you still remained a great friend, even till now. During Gaia, you were one of my inspirations for posting as often as I could. Your praises were one of the few things that made me realize how great our story was, and by ours I mean yours as well. After Gaia went into a coma (yet again), we don't talk very often, and I hardly post here anymore let alone come alone. I know that I am someone you look up to and I am greatful for that but you should know that I really look up to you as well. I'm at some shitty university, still in UAE. My university is called the American University in Dubai. It's in another city than AD, and I live in the dorms. I hate my roommate. He's persian and his name is Salar, he can't speak english and I can't speak persian so we have so much fun communicating!!! (sarcasm) Hopefully, I'll be changing my room next semester. I've been doing bad in university with all this tension hovering around me. My grade in English.... ENGLISH!!! Is an F!!!! Well, that's mainly cuz I just missed 1 goddamn quiz but hopefully I'll make up for it. I got an A- in my major essay and I'm damned proud of myself and hope to keep up the good work. What you guys might not know is that I now have another 3rd best friend. Her name is Sherry. This is how I came to know her. About 2 years ago, this weird girl called Omniya had added me onto her MSN list, I did not know who she was and she didn't know who I was either, regardless she was in the same city and we decided to stay on each other's list for a while I guess to see how things turn out and if we should be friends. Anyway, Omniya turned out to be a freaky girly girl with no life who constantly added me to other conversations, it got downright irritating. Once though, Sherry was already in one of the rooms she added me on and she ended up adding me onto her list as well. Now, it's been about a year and a half that Sherry has been on my list and we hardly talked. She always talked to me anyways and I was never fond of just opening up to strangers. As most people do, she started telling me her problems and I tried to help her out. Still, the impression we had of each other went down the drain. Right before she was about to delete me off the list, it was the summer and I'd been going to the movies a lot and commenting them on my nicks. We ended up debating about the movie and became closer, by the end of the day we were teasing each other like hell. Now it's been around 5-6 months and we've become so close. We're like twins, we're almost always thinking the same thing and we consider each other brother and sister so don't get the wrong idea, she's too young for me anyways. She's just 15, but wind beyond her years. Anyways, the friends I've made at uni, are through Sherry. They're really nice and friendly people, Yousef & Saman. I'm usually hanging out with them. Besides them, there's this other group of girls who are my friend and get annoyed everytime I hang out with Yousef and Saman so it gets annoying having to compromise the timings between these groups. I was known as a ditcher back in AD and it's hard to give the people the same impression here without making them feel I hate them. Just like today, I'm invited to my friend, Duncan's bday party, Yousef invited me to go paintballing, and Saman's invited me out for smoking some hubbly bubbly. I'd like to pick the last as it's not actually Duncan's bday, his bday is on Dec 8th, he's just celebrating it now because we have exams later and another reason I dont want to go is because it's out of town and I have no means of transportation to get me there and get me back. Oh well, Ki is online. But she's busy talking to Seth so I won't bother her for now. Seems like what they're discussing is important so I'll just mind my own business. Hmm... what else? Raven called me out of the blue last Tuesday. I was wondering why and then she told me coz I didn't call her on her bday and I told her I had no reason to. Meh... hadn't I broken all ties with her. So I asked her what's new with her. She's not a goth anymore, surprise surprise! And her hair is brown now.... wow. Umm... yeah, she was also checking to know if I was going to Canada. I told her no. kekekekeke Next up! Gaia! The Legacy Era has started! Jakob's chapter was quite short I must say but the end of it was nice. I think I did Hayate's chapter's plot pretty well since I came up with the idea right there in an instant. I was previously planning a battle between Hayate & Letty, which I changed to Raine instead. I also killed Galvas out of the blue... as much as useless he was in the first quest, he's just used toilet paper in this so it was no biggie. I was planning the same with Karsh but changed my mind. Locke's chapter was great. His writing is very unique and amazing. i enjoyed reading it very well and hope it stays the same. Letty's chapter... well I didnt enjoy doing it much... I just have to do Letty's chapters coz it'll be important later on and well.. Letty & hayate will have a lot of run-ins so it's important. I'll also have to do Ashtar's chapters at one point. Klonoa's chapter hasn't started yet but I'm betting it'll be good... with a lot of description about Ozma and its inhabitants. What else? I hope the guys come up with a lot of unique/original personalities for their characters. I'm trying my best. One of my 2 best friends, Omar, is leaving for New Zealand forever in a week or so. I'll miss him! He OWNZ!!! Oh well, he prefers NZ to this dump so hope him the best of luck in his life and hope he'll keep in touch. My other and bestest best friend, Mahmoud and I were drifting apart for a while. We hadn't talked in months but we do regularly and I enjoy our conversations very much. He's such a player!!! He OWNZ too! Well Ki says it's late so I think she'll be leaving now. Thank you Seth for ruining the day. It's not everyday I find Ki in a good mood these days you had to ruin a perfectly good day. But then again, it's not his fault to begin with and was just a misunderstanding. Oh well, I'll go about my business. Ki's still on. Hope she doesn't leave. I've really missed her and she's not on so often... and she's not replying. Hmm... well... I'm sure Seth is having fun talking to her. Yes, indeed. ........................ ........................ ........................ She still hasn't replied... ........................ ........................ ........................
